so worth the membership. it pays for itself. had a couple laptops brought back to life with this membership.

I bought a Microsoft Surface Pro and I was having difficulty in setting up. I scheduled an appointment which was so easy and arrived there on time. They helped with my concern and answered all my questions.

I have had the Totaltech membership for quite a few years now and I would not leave the store without it. I have used it to save a great deal of money. It is definitely well worth the cost!

Well worth the price. So far I have only had to use it once and it was far worth the price!! I like that I have this as a backup to all my electronic purchases!! Great value for the coverage and membership.

This membership is very cost effective, if you think you will need in home trouble shooting and/or some in-person service of your systems.

Unlimited Geek Squad is the draw here. Who has time to look up who can fix your computer/laptops? So nice to have, good value. Lifesaver!!

I was debating on purchasing the Totaltech. No regrets. Great value and the Geek Squad set up my whole system. Great peace of mind.

Very happy I bought this extra protection. I have used it multiple times, in the store and also called in a couple times. they are great, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. well worth it for me!! I would buy it again!!

Thank God I had protection for my new Galaxy Z4 Fold! The screen stopped working a couple months into buying it but my protection plan took care of it for me! I havent had a problem with the phone again!

This is great if you shop often at Bestbuy. It allows for free delivery and installation plus haul away but as much as id love to shop at Bestbuy once a month but the cost is just too much annually.

It would of been wonderful to use when I had it but didn’t need any tune up till after it lapsed.

This is a great program. Bought just before they changed the program. Lucky for me as the new program has several significant changes. I am sure the reason I like it is probably why they changed it.

One of the memberships that pays for itself. Free installs on appliances, ring cameras, and everything else. I didn’t think I would renew, but it was a no-brained when I did the math after last year.

Such a huge value—covers warranty, delivery, installation, apple care for apple purchases, I’ve saved over $900 in the past 6 months alone. If you don’t have this, you like throwing money away. It’s a must!

I’d buy Best Buy‘s yearly protection every year not only does it cover my computers. It covers appliances and products in the home and you pay a small fee fee if they can’t they will help you get a new one

The TotalTech membership has some good service and coverage merits, but it is rather overpriced. I also feel taken because I already had the annual Geek Squad service package with Webrooter, and the Geek Squad service tech said I had to purchase the $199 TotalTech package in order to work on my older laptop and to transfer the files from the hard drive to the new laptop. The cost of both Tech packages that I have paid for for this year was $298. That's outragous. I feel that I was taken advantage of by Best Buy Geek Squad because the other Geek Squad service package that I have had active and purchased for over 10 years was paid for this year, and it basically became wasted money when they force you to pay full price for the TotalTech when I already had an active Best Buy Geek Squad service package. They completely ignore that you have already paid for a lower level Geek Squad service plan and past Geek Squad coverages. I feel that there should have been a prorated credit for the Geek Squad plan I already had.

We bought this service when we bought a laptop for our daughter to take to college. Two weeks after we bought the laptop, it went on sale and because of the price matching promise included, we saved $535

We purchased the total tech plan and have made good use of it. Best Buy as delivered and wall mounted 2 TVs and installed a smart thermostat. Delivers and installs were quick and nicely done. Nice perks come with totaltech.

This is worth it to purchase. I have purchased 4 different products and I have 2 more to buy. It has saved me a great deal of money when compared to costs of delivery and installation from other stores.
