Every time I walk in with a problem they know exactly what needs to be done with a smile on their face. They are really consistent and fast at what they do. You can tell that they all enjoy what they do.

The membership is great. They are there to help you with any products you have brought from Best Buy. The guys are great to talk too and it’s nice to be able to go to them with any questions or problems with your products.

I really like this membership. I think overall it’s a good deal, just for the fact that you can make as many claims as you want in a year. They hell you get setup on new tech you buy, so that’s also a huge plus.
