This membership is of great value. I had a membership for my old desktop but it did not cover everything for my new one. So getting the upgrade membership is worth it.

I was skeptical at first. The membership gives free installation on any device and covers all your devices. Have used it a few times already. Very steep price but worth it if you have many electronics.

If you shop a lot of tech, including appliances, then this is definitely worth the money, just for the extended warranty plans. Plus the added return window and extra deals make it a real win

the totaltec is a real good value, have used it several times and it has worked well for method it for about 10years.

Thsi protection plan saved me from havi g to biy a new computer. It works perfectly now and I have a plan for future issues as well.

Great savings and discounts but when i had an issue about losing my account, it took nearly 3 weeks to resolve. Had to make a new account and synce the old one. Besides that, everthing else is all good.9

For its price I'd say it's very useful if you do shop a lot at best buy for instore items. 2-year protection is great.

We shop at best buy often so knowing that all our purchases are covered is a bit peace of mind. Should anything go wrong or break we know we can count on them for a replacement. Will continue to purchase in the future !

I can honestly say the membership paid for itself on my first partial gaming computer build they did a lot more labor than I expected and it was all covered for free under the one membership

I love just about everything about this program except for some of the limitations. I also like the additional savings on some items.

It's really worth it, I brought Samsung S23 Ultra after two weeks phone price was dropped at that time because of Best Buy membership I am able to get the cash back. I can also exchange the my ear buds easily.
