It's really worth it, I brought Samsung S23 Ultra after two weeks phone price was dropped at that time because of Best Buy membership I am able to get the cash back. I can also exchange the my ear buds easily.

I have had Geek Squad support previously and was worthwhile -- many problems difficult and time consuming to resolve without assistance with new high tech items. Especially recommend if you purchase multiple items or high cost items.

A bit expensive but definitely worth every penny if you shop at Best Buy Enough. The ability to replace almost any tech at any time due to it breaking or a malfunction is great.. i'll for sure be getting it ahain

i was a bit hesitant at first about paying an extra $12.00 a month for the Totaltech membership...not anymore!! it has payed for itself x3 after one month. had a few hiccups with my recent tv purchase and they resolved within 3 days of the call i made on it.

If you dont shop on the regular for electronics games or appliances be small or big then i don’t recommend it. This covers all new tech and appliances under warranty for the entirety of the yr. They have several great discounts as well.

I wish I remembered the sales associates name who helped that day. He explained the membership and how it works in great detail and helped me understand. He’s the main reason I ordered the TV a little later.

I really like the yearly membership but I do believe it is a bit expensive, not sure I can keep the membership next year. Since being on a fixed income I do find it a litter more then I can afford. It would be very helpful if you would offer a Senior discount.

When you want peace of mind you get total tech. It saves money on installation and it automatically gives you protection on your devices. I’m not one to normally buy warranties or memberships. Best Buy has done it right and this is a total value.

This membership gives me a relaxed piece of mind knowing there is a solution out there if I have a problem. The service men are always so friendly and willing to help.

So far this year I have been helped with a new piece of equipment and was able to ask about other equipment issues on previous best buy purchases. All good.

The unlimited Geek Squad support has been my favorite part of the membership. I wish it still covered free tv mounting but the other perks are still worth it. Plus discounts!

New technology can be wonderful but often beyond the buyers scope of knowledge! With Totaltech, you never need to be concerned. They are polite, patient and knowledgeable making it easy to take full advantage of your purchase. So worth the price.

the people in the geek squad are very helpful and can explain things in terms I can understand I am an eighty year old woman and am not totally technology illiterate--almost and they never make me feel dumb they are a great group

I spent over $250 on products that should have been covered under my Total Tech plan, but due to the incompetence of multiple technicians and associates—both in-store and over the phone—I was forced to pay out of pocket. To make matters worse, I was later informed that I can’t even receive the two-year warranty I am entitled to under the plan. Why? Because of a “system glitch” and a complete failure on the company’s part to resolve it. This isn’t a minor mistake—it’s a combination of corporate negligence, disorganization, and poorly trained employees. I’ve been left paying for coverage that provides me with absolutely nothing. The company is hiding behind technicalities instead of honoring the service I paid for. It’s beyond frustrating—it’s dishonest.
