No issues help out when my electronics die or have issues

I haven't been a member for long but, so far, I've taken advantage of it for a Geek Squad overhaul of my laptop and a free (1-year I think) repair warranty on a new fridge.

Great to know that I have added protection while using and depending on my purchases.

I spent over $250 on products that should have been covered under my Total Tech plan, but due to the incompetence of multiple technicians and associates—both in-store and over the phone—I was forced to pay out of pocket. To make matters worse, I was later informed that I can’t even receive the two-year warranty I am entitled to under the plan. Why? Because of a “system glitch” and a complete failure on the company’s part to resolve it. This isn’t a minor mistake—it’s a combination of corporate negligence, disorganization, and poorly trained employees. I’ve been left paying for coverage that provides me with absolutely nothing. The company is hiding behind technicalities instead of honoring the service I paid for. It’s beyond frustrating—it’s dishonest.

This membership has saved me money on purchases, Geek squad appointments are easy and fix all the issues we get. Covers all my electronics and I feel like it is good coverage for all our needs.

I am very happy with all the prices and I know for a fact that best buy and geek squad will be there for me when i have any questions or technical difficulties with my computer. I highly recommend everything I have gotten and purchased from best buy.

I just purchased this and used it to repair a laptop screen. So while I had to pay for parts I did not have to pay for labor! So far so good! I look forward to using it for other things. Caleb explained everything well. Thank you so very much!

Love the peace of mind with getting protection from our purchases, and you can take anything for the geek square to fix regardless if you purchased it at best buy

Geek Squad members are always helpful and patient.

This membership allow all types regular assistance from store personnel free that otherwise could add up service-by-service. It is worth the cost.

Total Tech is a great subscription from best but for people that purchase and use electronics daily. Super beneficial and already feel like i made money back from the savings i made

Overall, the total protection is good. It did change and seems to be like this is what it will be going forward. I like having the option that it includes AppleCare plus for my Apple devices.

It is very valueable for an in between having the credit card and not having anything. It provides a lot for the price and the more products the better the use with the warrenty.

This membership is worth it. Not only do they cover your purchase but all devices within your home. Very small price to pay for the service they offer and their Geek Squad team is excellent!

I wasn't planning on getting a membership but it has helped me so far with my purchase, 24hr support and they're pretty good

Have been utilizing this service for the past few years and have had zero complaints. It’s great for peace of mind and one stop shopping for electronics, computers and appliances.

Been a member for about three years now. The call up system is a hit and a miss. The in Store folks get the job done! When the geek squad comes to your house, they also get the job done.
