I am in Saudi Arabia right now so I didnt think to forget Best Buy

The people I have dealt with at Best Buys Total tect and have been able to take care of my issues. They have been very understanding about my lack of computer knowledge.

I LOVE being a best buy total member ! I literally worry abt none of my items. Ik that if i call or go in im gonna be taken care of. Theyve been very helpful nd friendly.

I love the Best Buy Total program! I renewed the other day after using this last year and it is 100% worth the cost! I utilized this plan a few times last year and it paid for itself right away!

This membership is a good value. I like the fact that you can ask about any product that you’ve bought from Best Buy for tech help. Also being able to add on product protection after the purchase.

I had a bad first experience with not being refunded the cost of this membership when I cancelled my order. My new expereince has been different althought they removed the free installation perk from the benefits. I get live chat representatives quickly and my phone number is recognized so I receive specialized support without a lot of automated prompts. I also received a surprise discount for member pricing on a battery purchase in the store. It was significantly lower when I entere my phone number. Basically you utilize it without even realizing you have received excellent service.

Best Buy Total Tech Protection is great. I wish they didn’t change it to My Best Buy, because you are now getting a lot less than what you are paying for.

Just added protection via automatic enrollment into extended warrant coverage at no additional cost.

This membership is great for anything that comes up ever with your purchases

Having the protection plan gives piece of mind, we purchase alot through bestbuy and having the protection plan is a must. Plus the member prices, deffinitely worth the money

There are certain memberships you’re not sure if it’s worth the price, but this is not one of those. The support from Best Buy and Geek Squad is top notch and we have no worries about our purchases.

I would highly recommend this service. The service people are friendly and work hard. The PC that I have broke and they were able to repair it on time and with courteous service.

I have used this service in four different cities and states across the US, four different Propeties, both of my daughters in and after collage as well as my own home. Each experience was outstanding and executed flawlessly.

Having my purchases protected in case of any issues is amazing! Most of the time its a quick turnaround also. Having kids this is a big plus as well .
