Unlimited geek squad support is great. Just walk in tell them what you have is broken and it is a no hassle experience. Unless of course the person working is new but give them some slack. They deal with broken crap all day haha

This is a great value if you are looking to purchase any number of items, from appliances to tech items. The free delivery and setup is worth it, plus any trouble shooting or repair costs you may incur.

For a tech knowlegably limited guy like me this is great. They get me out of jams quickly without laughing about how I am limited technologically.

Great service. The additional discount on items is a bonus. Customer service will break or break this service. My service representative was amazing, patient and kind.

I found BestBuy membership to be very convenient, offers certificates for discounts, and technical support. Needed to buy garbage compactor got the best price, they installed the unit and took the old one away.

I never actually used it. I think it’s a good idea if you break things a lot. However they totally screw up my Apple care when switching to this so I have a basically year and 4 month old phone that didn’t have insurance from the beginning and they I did have an issue and I got the run around. Therefore, I didn’t renew it. If you’re a business or have children I could see how this is useful.

I bought a Microsoft Surface Pro and I was having difficulty in setting up. I scheduled an appointment which was so easy and arrived there on time. They helped with my concern and answered all my questions.

This membership has been worth it. I've saved quite a bit of money since I bought it less than a year ago. The Geek Squad even came out to show me how to move around in the TV and delivery was free as well as 24 month protection.

Thank God I had protection for my new Galaxy Z4 Fold! The screen stopped working a couple months into buying it but my protection plan took care of it for me! I havent had a problem with the phone again!

This is great if you shop often at Bestbuy. It allows for free delivery and installation plus haul away but as much as id love to shop at Bestbuy once a month but the cost is just too much annually.

This is the best value item I have ever bought at Best Buy. Great enhancement to manufacture warranty, free installation and delivery geek squad support. It has all been great!

This is a great program. Bought just before they changed the program. Lucky for me as the new program has several significant changes. I am sure the reason I like it is probably why they changed it.

This membership is a great add to my recent TV purchase. Not only do you get support but my TV was delivered and mounted as part of being a member. Also, the addition of having protection/warranty for my TV is a great add!

I have had good experiences with using this membership so I continue to buy my purchases through Bestbuy.
