I purchas things from Best Buy, call the time. Everything I know how this covered and under a 60 day record a window. There's more but those are the 2 that I use the most plus the employees are always super amazing.

I never go without protection on my tech products. Best Buy has the best protection for your tech around. It is affordable and totally worth it. The staff is very helpful, knowledgable and there to help you with any and all needs tech related.

I am not sure if the Geek Squad has a real revalue to me. I was a little disappointed with the service. I left my Laptop for repair they could not fix it; not a problem with that. The problem was my laptop was not returned the way I gave it to them. It was missing parts. I asked about it, and they could not find the details and offered no resolution. On the other hand, I called the geek squad, and the young lady did a great job helping me with my problem. Very professional and knowledgeable. I am still determining if this is worth keeping. Being a member has other great values, that are very beneficial to the consumer. So, if you like discounts, free delivery and etc then join.

I'm so glad I purchased the total plan, I have really been missing out by not having it before now. It is great with the coverage I get on the items I purchase and the discounts I receive on some items is great also. You can't afford not to buy the total tech plan.

Using the services once or twice pays for itself. If you want car speakers installed or a pc troubleshoot and repair you wont find a better value

Was having a problem with my internet provider. Best Buy person explained the issue and how to troubleshoot better than anyone in many hours talking. To the service provider. All tech people are knowledgable and patient.

This membership is a real value. Member prices plus unlimited Geek Squad support is great. Also, love the Peace of Mind of getting protection plans on our purchases.

This membership so far has saved us twice with our brand new TV. I will admit it was hard to think we’d use it at first to make the price worth it but it’s actually saved us. Great value

Great Value for this membership, fortunately have not had any problem with products from Best Buy to use this coverage. getting benefits from product discounts so far.

This experience was a little rough. Arranging purchase, home delivery, and set proved to be more than the system could handle. I was on the phone for at least 3 or 4 hours. made calls to 3 countries, and even though EVERYONE was courteous, happy, and understandable the deal just could not be made. At last we learned the hang up was no one could install the compute web can or computer speaker. Why not say so up front? We will make a new deal. Finally the stuff was deliver and mostly set up but this took several reschedules on Best Buys part. I remain a best Buy customer primarily this is how I access Geek Squad and I love their warranty programs.

I love having the protection knowing my items are covered. I have had them to come to my house on a service call. They were professional and polite. Very knowledgeable with my Samsung TV. Problem resolved. Great job!

The deals arent that much of a save, maybe like $10-$20 cheaper than the other membership option. Apple Care for 24 months on Apple products is probably the only reason I got this, since I ussualy buy Apple.
