Totaltech is like having an IT Technician at my disposal for whatever my software/hardware needs are. There equipment set up is also just as remarkable. I buy it, they hook it up. Always friendly service whether in my home or over the phone.

Loved the convenience of repairs and help, the auto renewal automatically chooses the most expensive plan rather than providing you a choice between the three available tiers. When i enrolled there was only one option. Best buy failed to inform me that the plan options were changing and so was the price. So be careful and attentive. However, when i contacted the company their customer service department did a great job resolving this problem. Also, be aware that very large devices are not eligible for in store repairs.

Honestly it has been worth it almost immediately. I had a few minor issues and just getting through immediately to a person was so helpful. I also like having a 2 year warranty on all products

This membership comes with some very good deals and you do automatically renewal so you don’t lose anything.

Only worth it for the protection plan, and it is a little on the pricey side

This is a great membership and well worth it for the peace of mind that your purchases will be taken care of if something happens and having the Best Buy team there to assist with any questions.

I have Best Buy Total and my washing broke down and I tried to set up a service call and the person on chat would not schedule a service call since I did not buy the washing machine from Best Buy. I had to hire another company to fix my washing machine.

You wouldn't think you'd need this but if you're in a hurry or just tired of messing up you computer. This is a great place to have it cleaned up.

Parts for itself for 2 year Apple care plus. Best membership to be apart of, love it
