Agent Blake is an awesome West Carmel Geek Squad Agent, transferred data from my 500GB SSD to a 2TB SSD and installed 16GB more DRAM, within a reasonable time frame, for a reasonable cost with my Totaltech plan.

This membership takes out all the worry about having a working computer when you need it and if there is an issue the Geeks are there to help you out.

The Geek Squad have each been kind and helpful in getting me acquainted with the new iPhone I purchased. The drive I have to make to Best Buy is worth the help I receive.

Membership value is great. I have taken my laptop in and they changed out the disc hard drive and installed a SSD Hard drive all I had to pay for was the hard drive and the transferred all my files
