Second visit is conveniet. Service is used on occasion. Representatives are helpful. Store area is clean and managed well.

I’d buy Best Buy‘s yearly protection every year not only does it cover my computers. It covers appliances and products in the home and you pay a small fee fee if they can’t they will help you get a new one

Such a huge value—covers warranty, delivery, installation, apple care for apple purchases, I’ve saved over $900 in the past 6 months alone. If you don’t have this, you like throwing money away. It’s a must!

I placed a order tonight for a large TV along with a tv mount and a TotalTech subscription because of the free TV mounting service. I noticed an issue on my order, I had forgotten to request installation service with my TotalTech subscription. So I went to my delivery appt info and found a toll free number to contact TotalTech about my order. Mind you this is 1015 PM PST on a Sunday night, I was expecting to get a machine, however, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told I would need to wait about 25 minutes to speak to a real person! The wait was shorter than expected. I was connected to a gentleman who goes by “BJ”, employee id# A1582933, and I explained to him my dilemma. PJ was able to verify my issue, and then he corrected and rescheduled the tv delivery date to match the tv mounting/installation appointment. I am so thankful for being able to talk to real person, including employees like BJ. Nothing beats service from an actual person. Because of BJ, and services like TV mounting and installation, I whole-heartedly recommend Totaltech.

This membership has been very useful to me since I brought my computer. The TotalTech team has helped me with downloading my software when it stalls, due to a conflict with software already on the computer.

I really like having this membership. It gives you guarantee on products for more than 3 months and plus they're installing things for free. I'm happy with this membership and I'll continue to renew it next month.
