Absolutely love this. I purchased a computer and I needed to return it but I was in the hospital for 2 weeks and the normal return window expired at 15 days. Because I had this I was given 60 to return it. It really saved me.

I purchased this plan for added protection. Being able to get better prices on items is a plus. Also being able to get delivery and setup is a added bonus.

Very happy to have this. Already received discounts and I'm not wondering when the manufacturer warranty is going to end on each item. I look forward to more discounts and years of worry-free item usage.

This is a great benefit. I recently had to use it and my experience was awesome.

After the TV was delivered the techs came out to install it. They were early and did everything that I needed, although I had to order more cables to get installation completed. I will have them come back to finish. they mounted the TV and set up the streaming stations.

Service that the geek squad gives is the best and they always address my concern and thoroughly make sure my computers etc.. run right. I can always rely on them for all my techical issues.

In past years I felt my membership was a worthy investment. Geek Squad had been great. This year it has been virtually worthless. I have had to have my tech friends help me with all the things Geek Squad was paid to do. Very, very disappointing.

Great peace of mind if you're making frequent tech purchases. Instant max coverage on everything. Fun to check out the membership deals. Enough extra little perks to make it worth it, but the coverage on everything is great.

This membership was an excellent addition and money saving option to my wallet. Personally the AppleCare coverage for Apple devices was my biggest seller on this. I do also plan on using the numerous discounts!
