As a computer idiot, joining the Best Buy "totaltech" was the best computer move I've ever made. It was recommended to me by the clerk/agent who sold me the laptop and I am grateful. I've used the service a few times and have more than gotten my money's worth!

My Best Buy Total is really helpful when your earbuds, computer, cell screen protectors, and etc. get damaged, won’t connect properly, or just need a virus scan. Well worth the money spent!

This is not my first OtterBox. I like the grip it gives me on the phone, but when it does drop, it’s well protected. The soft covers over the charging vent keep it dry in the rain. A definite five star product.

Overall a good thing. They replaced a phone for us. They also changed my computer battery. The battery did get screwed on poorly. That is the only reason that I gave 4 and not 5 stars.

We have had this for a few years. We inadvertently let it slip last year and got it back. You cannot beat the service and coverage for the price. We have always been taken care of by well-trained, courteous, helpful associates.

Easy way to protect all my Best Buy purchases with one policy.

I was having issues in Feb '25 after paying for GeekSquad to come to my house as it was a wifi printer issue he talked me into buying the $179. yrly membership so if I had any other issue it would all be covered. NOT I'm having issues again called help desk spoke to 2 different Non english males 2nd was Rude. I was told No that my issues are not covered. So I payed $179. for Nothing. I'm Not happy at all
