I buy products with confidence because I know the Geek Squad is available if something puzzles me or the product isn't up to par. Yes, I spend a little on this service, but the squad is always patient and helpful.

I love the fact that you don't have to purchase an extra extended warranty because everything is covered. Even if you didn't purchase the product at best buy it's still is protected.

Seems to be a good protection plan. I've not had to use it, but you never know. I have used the Geek Squad support with great success and was grateful for the access.

I love that I can add Apple products to my membership with no additional charge.

Total is great. I was able to purchase mine before they changed their new policy in which you would have to pay per installation. Other than that, it’s 1 year of great services from Best buy and Geek Squad.

Havibg the unlimitied geek squad support is great for me not knowing a lot about computers. So there is some peace of mind with having that. Ive always heard great things about geek squad and so far they seem very professional and nice.

If you are making a large purchase or anything that requires you to read instructions or watch a tutorial, it is a no brainer to add on this service! Purchase once for the year and everything you buy within that year is also covered. Has already paid for itself.
