I was happy with this & would have renewed but they dropped the price & took away most of the services. That turned out to be a Big Disappointment!

The first time I used, it is to upgrade my laptop asus it came in handy. I spent zero dollar on them looking up and fix my laptop and help me install part on my laptop to upgrade it. 

Glad I purchased this. I’m saving so much money. Plus I love the free apple care and geek squad 2 year support. Did i mention the 2 day free shipping to your home?

This was such a good buy! I’ve been able to use it in case of malfunctions with any of my products. They’ve always been super responsive and able to set up my appointments same day.

Needed a washer and dryer couldn’t afford what I needed and was able to get a Best Buy card and now my coworkers always ask what perfume I’m wearing and I laugh and say it’s my laundry.

Repair ticket intially was misplaced and A bit pricy but didn't have many options to repair a laptop with keyboard issues. Recently bought a hand held vac and it added coverage to that so that was nice.

Though the details of the plan have changed, I still feel there is appropriate value in the program.
