I have not been a member for long but it have been a great experience this far. I was able to get free installation on kitchen appliances and am looking forward to the many other perks of this membership.

The unlimited Geek Squad is fantastic. It saves time and headaches when setting up and troubleshooting the computer. It's also nice to know that if something happens to my computer, there will always be a way to get help.

definitely worth buying when you’re constantly upgrading tech in your home or even have a few tech items in your house that may accidentally brake plus the savings are very helpful

I have used this service several times and it has be very helpfull - however communicating with the national phone line has been VERY FRUSTRATING!! Need to be able to communicate locally.
