Though the details of the plan have changed, I still feel there is appropriate value in the program.

This membership is great. I like that i have access to help from geek squad. This membership covers a variety of items.

The bestbuy total program took over the total tech program. Best buy always does an excellent job with appliances and installs and the discounts that came with the membership were a no brainer

Tons of extra perks makes sense to purchase discouts alone make it valuable

I have a toddler at home so the total plan saves me money when something breaks or an accident happens. Cant make it easier so id highly recommend it if you spend alot of money here.

I've had this for a few years and fortunately only needed it once.

I dudnt get his name but there is an asdociate that helped me buy my Samsung sound bar today and he was very friendly, patient and helpful. Even carried the sound bar to my car. Thank you.

The unlimited Geek Squad availability is non existent. Tried to use it - spent over 5 hours on the phone on hold over three days and never did get through. Cancelled the service since it is one of the worse investments anyone could make. Stay away from Best Buy since it is a con job. No one seems to care when you talk to them.

The service has been great. The Geek Squad has been attentive to my needs when my computer has had an issue and I am grateful for their assistance.

If you shop at Best Buy more than once, this IS a must buy. The value that you get having this membership definitely outweighs the cost of it.

Totaltech membership is an excellent value, and we wouldn't consider not having the protection plans on our purchases. We have found that Geek Squad support is outstanding and we recommend it to all of our friends.

I just don't know how to report if something does go wrong. I needed a bank card last time but they gave me a gift card and i purchased these insurance measures.

Totally worth the price. Seems like a lot but you get so much coverage on your purchases. If you have $180 to spare for the year and even if you only purchase thing i say invest in this plan.
