Knowing I have Geek Squad access at no cost is great peace of mind. The member-only can save you $$.

The unlimited Geek Squad availability is non existent. Tried to use it - spent over 5 hours on the phone on hold over three days and never did get through. Cancelled the service since it is one of the worse investments anyone could make. Stay away from Best Buy since it is a con job. No one seems to care when you talk to them.
