I luv being a total tech member. It covers everything and all the perks are really nice like free installs and if there is a problem they fix it right away or replace the whole thing is the best service. I am disappointed though in geek squad. The protection is very expensive and they are impossible to get a hold of on the first call. I spent hours and hours day upon day over and over again always talking to someone different because you can’t get the same person when you call back. You have to go over and over from the beginning again and again. They do not cover full price paid when you do have something replaced because they say you are getting a better tv so u won’t get the whole total back you paid from geek squad.

Took in my old desktop and my new desktop and was hoping to transfer most of my files and things over but it did not happen. Hoping to try to take in an laptop to get cleaned.

Saved me money on my repair, paid its self in full already.
