If you buy a lot of items here its worth it. Free waranty on everything I buy especially on the tvs since they can be more expensive than the subscription. Free installation too when getting delivered

Some of the Geek Squad were great and I had a wonderful experience with and others would just really not know to much about the tech field to where they sholud not be there. If you going to work at Geek Squad you should be able have common knowledge of all tech things and know the products you sell as well.

I bought this membership to get my new refrigerator delivered and installed. Everything went will. I have also saved on getting protection on my purchase from Best Buy. I recommend this to anyone who shops at Best Buy a lot.

They have always been great to me They treated me with respect and always was very good if i asked questions and they did really good if something happen to my things and was fast at working on stuff

Geek Squad support is so helpful! Havent had to wait on computer, printer, dishwasher , or TV. Worth it especially if you need lots of things replaced or updated.

Agent Blake is an awesome West Carmel Geek Squad Agent, transferred data from my 500GB SSD to a 2TB SSD and installed 16GB more DRAM, within a reasonable time frame, for a reasonable cost with my Totaltech plan.

The TotalTech membership has some good service and coverage merits, but it is rather overpriced. I also feel taken because I already had the annual Geek Squad service package with Webrooter, and the Geek Squad service tech said I had to purchase the $199 TotalTech package in order to work on my older laptop and to transfer the files from the hard drive to the new laptop. The cost of both Tech packages that I have paid for for this year was $298. That's outragous. I feel that I was taken advantage of by Best Buy Geek Squad because the other Geek Squad service package that I have had active and purchased for over 10 years was paid for this year, and it basically became wasted money when they force you to pay full price for the TotalTech when I already had an active Best Buy Geek Squad service package. They completely ignore that you have already paid for a lower level Geek Squad service plan and past Geek Squad coverages. I feel that there should have been a prorated credit for the Geek Squad plan I already had.

My membership in Totaltech has helped me save a few computers from oblivion. The Geek squad members do an outstanding job of repairing my computers and giving expert advice as well.

Best membership I've ever gotten. If you've ever had a product malfunction and had to pay for the repair you certainly will appreciate and thank yourself or invested in the membership.

I have not been a member for long but it have been a great experience this far. I was able to get free installation on kitchen appliances and am looking forward to the many other perks of this membership.

After joining this membership, I feel much more secure knowing my items are insured, and I feel like I get the best bang for my buck. I will most certainly be recommending it to my family and friends

This membership is a great value and a peace of mind, especially when you are purchasing a lot of electronics.

I have used this service several times and it has be very helpfull - however communicating with the national phone line has been VERY FRUSTRATING!! Need to be able to communicate locally.
