Took in my old desktop and my new desktop and was hoping to transfer most of my files and things over but it did not happen. Hoping to try to take in an laptop to get cleaned.

Really great service especially for when i got my new apartment....however they wanted to charge me to remount my tv and it was supposed to be covered....for $200 d service should be for 2 years or at least 18 months.

This was suggested as the services on the hard drive would have been greater than the price of the membership

Best buy total Membership Keeps us protected. We wouldn’t do it any other way. It also gives us peace of mind.

I signed up after buying a dishwasher. It was great to have to cover delivery costs and warranties while a member but I don’t know if I would continue paying a yearly subscription if I wasn’t buying large appliances.

The total tech membership is great but the only down side is if you were to cancel your membership at anytime all of your warranty will expire and no longer be in effect of immediately.

Worth every penny! Safety net I didn’t think would pay off, but has come in clutch over the past year. Easy service requests and repairs. Expedited shipping is nice when I purchase online.

my phone suffered damage when it fell to the ground. i contacted totaltech and made an appointment. The techs were friendly and courteous. my phone was repaired in minutes. i was impressed how easy it was to have my phone repaired.

I live at Best Buy. Therefore, why wouldn't I purchase the rewards program for all the products that I buy? This is a no-brainer!

I love the computer so far does a great job with essays and videos as well as running games from the Microsoft store. The sleek design is also something that catches the eyes of many people and I have recommended it to my peers.

Best thing about Best Buy total is. You don't have to worry about Protection and safety of your products because it will be there for you. And you could see all your productions through the app.

The membership wasn't really needed for my part but it was nice to have.
