The membership wasn't really needed for my part but it was nice to have.

This membership is priceless repair cost for electronics is very expensive even a simple diagnostic can cost hundreds the membership will pay for itself in one use I really recommend this

This membership is a real value Geek squad support are great. little pricey for not able to use all of there support but still i like it.

I love having it. My favorite thing is that they provide Apple+ protection for free if you have this level of membership. I also get better prices or some bundles that others dont get.

I was glad to find out that the total tech membership inclded quick shipping. I got the membership to provide better service for my computer repair, but that really didn’t change much about the speed of my comuter. So i guess that it was a wash.

I go to Best Buy a lot for all kinds of things. Gaming, entertainment, etc. The tech support and warranties are a huge help. The membership is everything I need it to be and then some. 11/10

It's a good deal if you want somebody to hang up your TV and have it guaranteed that it won't fall off your wall.
