It's a good deal if you want somebody to hang up your TV and have it guaranteed that it won't fall off your wall.

A great value especially when you have to have computer work done. It cut my repair cost in half! And it provides numerous other benefits too.

The total tech support is great. Automatically get Apple Care and almost all installations are free. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes hassle-free and dependable support.

Although I only used the installation Services once, I found it to be a huge value and a good part of why I joined the program to begin with. Removing that, and including only 2 returned items under the extended warranty in a Year period is a drastic change. The occasional discounts and other benefits make membership barely worthwhile, but i stay for the warranty. Not much fails, so a zero dollar warranty realy is a dood benefit.All factors weighed I see the benefit of having it at the price its at now.

So I chose the service when I first started installing a ring security system in my house. The first installation was great The tech did everything correctly that I wanted and I told him I'd be using them again to finish off the security system at a later date. When that later date came I bought everything and scheduled everything so all the pieces would be available when they came out to do the install. The tech came out and looks like they had a trainee which was fine I had no problems with that, I told the tech what I wanted and the locations and they got busy promptly. While they were working they told me I couldn't place certain items on The brick of the house I reluctantly agreed to go ahead and install the solar panels on the fascia boards of the roof as you can see from the pictures that doesn't look very professional with the screws protruding that far out I was disappointed with that fact along with the fact that they didn't put the cameras where I wanted because when I first installed a few months back the cameras were available to put on the brick like I wanted them for some reason they didn't do that this time around after all I paid for the specialized service that will also be rated here shortly The cameras were installed but I wasn't happy with it ultimately. I decided after this fact to go ahead and cancel the service it wasn't worth it to me.

This membership gives me the peace of mind knowing that if something happens to our electronics or appliances we are covered. And you can’t beat 1 yearly fee to cover multiple purchases.

The members are polite, young, experienced, helpful. My member helped me for quite a long time. I needed repair and update of one notepad and purchasing a new cell phone. I feel I can walk in any day and get the work done at little or no cost

It's good, but it could be better suited to meet the customers needs as for mounting TVs. I understand a fee, but not $250 per TV. Not realistic at all.

Let's me enjoy my new purchases and I know that if anything comes up I can just call and get the answers I need. Have had this protection since day ONE!
