this is totally worth it. Had issues with an oven that was delivered and it was replaced easily. Worth it just for free delivery on appliances. Like the total tech pricing on items as well. Please don't change this Best Buy!

This membership is a life saver! On 12/19/2023 my current TV experienced a factory defect and with this membership I only had to pay 50 dollars to get it replaced with a newer model.

I did not want this membership. I felt a little pushed towards getting it by the TV salesman and then a girl who I bought a computer from gave me serious attitude because I did not get the membership from her. It was very poor customer service on her behalf and I could tell she was upset that I didn't buy the membership through her. You guys must have an incentive based program. I'm sure if there was an option for a refund on this membership I would definitely take it.

This membership includes so many benefits that are too many to mention but is well worth the price. I used to have to spend $3,500 to get this kind of similar plan but this is much better.
