I have not seen a real benefit to having this yet.

The service is super reliable, Best Buy offer assurances to people who lack the basic resources to comare with other vendors of the same service. So you literally pay for what you get. If you want yhe best price with some effort of researching and resourcefulness, then this may not be the best option for you. But they are excellent for warranty and guarantees. So peace of mind is what you pay for, otherwise, shop around, take your chances and kee it moving.

The membership has always been a great value. However, I'm sorry this no longer includes free installation of new purchases like for a new TV.

If you buy a lot of products and want a blanket warranty which a catch it’s worth it. There is a deductible for accidental damage and if your membership expires so does your protection.
