Got my issue resolved. When my items were delivered, a totaltech member reached out and that made me feel appreciated Access to certain discounts Less worry and work for me, they took care of everything. Cons I reached out via chat when i had an issue with my refrigerator no making ice and all i was offered was a replacement no technical support nor empathy I had to call multiple times to resolve an issue and when my call dropped after me being on hold for quite sometime, the rep did not call back.
