It is a good value when you buya product that you can justfy the cost of the plan with.

The totaltech membership is totally worth it, in my own opinion, far better than insuring products/items individually...and it's a "one stop shop" for all my best buy purchases...

So glad we purchased Total Tech! The geek squad is so helpful and they can fix anything! It’s nice to have someone to call or make an appointment to work on your computer when needed.

If you order online it gets tricky as they won’t add the free installation for items which is odd

Worth every Penny. I was able to get a lap top replaced under warranty, no hassle. Car speakers installed. Phone glass cover install, and a tv wall mount install at no cost all because I'm on the Totaltech program

The value in this is someone you can talk to about whats wrong with what YOU did, and they will straighten you out on what and where to go to next, home visit or bring it in.

This membership makes you feel like you have no worries about your technology. Whenever I have an issue I can resolve at home I can make an appointment with Geek Squad and not be so stressed out.

Price is high but fair as it offers amazing discounts on products you buy in the future from best buy as well as warranty protection. Will definitely be a best buy member for coming years
