Some of the Geek Squad were great and I had a wonderful experience with and others would just really not know to much about the tech field to where they sholud not be there. If you going to work at Geek Squad you should be able have common knowledge of all tech things and know the products you sell as well.

This Membership is an excellent value & we know we can use the unlimited Geek Squad if we ever have to! We will definitely keep this & renew it when it comes up for renewal!!!!!

This membership is a must for older people like me who are not as technically savvy and that need support with their new -or little older- devices. And you get extra protection for the new equipment!

This is well worth its weight in gold. Never have to worry about accidents or when I need help. Dont pass this up thinking its not needed unless you can fix things yourself.

The value in this is someone you can talk to about whats wrong with what YOU did, and they will straighten you out on what and where to go to next, home visit or bring it in.

Totaltech is a really good deal. It has saved us a lot of money on installation of our Best Buy purchases. Highly recommend it if you anticipate purchases requiring warranty and/or installation.

The cost of my membership basically paid for installation of my dishwasher. I loved that it gave me extra time to evaluate my dishwasher, because after almost 2 months we decided to return it and get a different model.

One of the best parts of Total Tech is they do go out their way to explain stuff that you don't understand and don't feel like you are bothering them even though they are busy. Great Service

It is an awesome subscription, sadly they took it away but changed it wirhq lesser one but almost as good, the membership is good bro mu itoms if they break and i get deals and a ton more!

Overall, a great value for those who shop at Best Buy often and need the extra protection coverage for their purchases.

Second visit is conveniet. Service is used on occasion. Representatives are helpful. Store area is clean and managed well.

Haven’t had to use this yet but I love the service it’s for 1-2 years or something and it has apple coverage and anything you buy in the store and you can get major discounts and warranty’s through this

This membership has more than paid for itself. We've purchased many big ticket items and if anything has ever not been get with them it gets fixed immediately and at no cost. Great plan
