They tricked me into signing up and paying them nearly $200/year for extended warranties and price matching. I tried to price match an item from Amazon today, and was told they do not price match Black Friday sales. WHAT??? Then why did I give you my money??? I am disgusted with this company.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In the past two years, with this service, we have purchased 3 TVs, a washer, a dryer, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a stove/oven, several computer monitors and keyboards, a microwave, and many accessories. MOST of the deliveries and installs went well, but three did not and I ended up doing it myself. Based on that, I can only give it an average rating. However, many Best Buy team members really worked hard at making things right, and I believe two of the three problems weren't on Best Buy, but on the outsourced delivery companies they chose.

I was surprised with some of the extra benefits of ahich I was not aware, such asfree delivery and set up of future purchases. I like being able to chat about issues as they arrive.
