I bought it fot the express reason to transfer all my pictures from my old computer to the new one, not one picture was transferred. Now i have to bring them both back. I am 77 years old no easy task.

it is a bit pricey especially still having to pay fees when something is brought which i have not had to bring anything yet but i have i in place incase i do seeing that i purchase alot from best buy!
