The unlimited Geek Squad is fantastic. It saves time and headaches when setting up and troubleshooting the computer. It's also nice to know that if something happens to my computer, there will always be a way to get help.

The bestbuy membership plan is awesome, I love the free 2 day shipping and great daily deals on products. Awesome 60 day return period as well!

Very useful. All bestbuy purchases are covered by this plan including installation costs. Based on input from bestbuy staff I bought this plan on the last day before they took out this plan.

This membership is worth the money and the value. It covers all my electronic equipment. Everytime I purchase an electronic device, it is added to the plan. I would recommend this to every customer.

Being a Totaltech member is a great value. I wouldn't buy anything at Best Buy unless I had Totaltech. If something goes wrong with the product you purchased Totaltech will fix it or replace it.

The two gentleman came to do my delivery and install were professional and very helpful took a big burden off of my wife who is worried about getting things cleared out of the way they were so helpful.

One of the best parts of Total Tech is they do go out their way to explain stuff that you don't understand and don't feel like you are bothering them even though they are busy. Great Service

Totaltech is a really good deal. It has saved us a lot of money on installation of our Best Buy purchases. Highly recommend it if you anticipate purchases requiring warranty and/or installation.

This membership is a must for older people like me who are not as technically savvy and that need support with their new -or little older- devices. And you get extra protection for the new equipment!

It is an awesome subscription, sadly they took it away but changed it wirhq lesser one but almost as good, the membership is good bro mu itoms if they break and i get deals and a ton more!

You're supposed to have access to priority chat or call but every time i tried to reach out via chat or phone, very long wait times, only to end up having an exchange with someone who cannot go beyond providing answers based on what the website says (which I have access to so I don't need to spend half an hour chatting online for this) and they are clearly not trained to research answers if it' s not on the website. You end up being passed on to another associate after a long wait, to whom you'd have to repeat everything. One of my questions was about upgrading to a larger size tv during the return period but couldn't get clear explanations. As a result, I missed out on the bigger TV... but saved a thousand bucks. I guess that's one way to look at it. But lessons learned. Supporting your neighborhood store is not what it's all cracked up to be so e-tailers will be my go-to stores next time.
