Good value. Don’t use so often as I don’t shop too much at Best Buy.

I haven't had to use it yet, but the features made it worth it, as well as the holiday savings that basically made it free. Geek Squad support is always helpful, and no hassle returns/exchanges add great security.

The membership is a real value. I enjoy having the peace of mind knowing that my merchandise is covered by professional support staff.

I normally do not buy additional warranties. However the fact that I am not great with computers I chose to have it set up by geek squad. So if I have future issues or questions I can get help.

I don’t really know if this value, But is my first time I’m getting a protection plan from Best Buy. I hope it's worth it.

I recomend total tech for everyone , its worth it...if there is any issue with the phone they fix it .

This membership is a real value it allows me access to Geek Squad help with all of my devices and services in the home I was able to get my TV’s installed on the wall for no additional cost

Get the membership! If something goes wrong with a product you can return it and if they have to ship the exchange it’s free shipping! Just so many nice benefits with it— it’s well worth it!

This was well worth the money. Every body I delt with, on line and in the store were great. Really liked working with them ironing out the kinks in my computer so it runs better than a Rolex.

I have used the tech support 3 times already. I think it is a good value as it protects all your purchases from Best Buy. So far, I have not had much wait time for them to fix the issues I was having.

A really great service to have when it comes to troubleshooting and finding help on the devices that I have. And save's me money when problems arise and not having to get a new device / product.

It runs hot while gaming. That doesnt hamper performance. I would buy this laptop again. Fast startup has never let me down.
