Best buy Protection plan can not bee beat. Have had nothing but easy and great experiences using it getting things fixed or replaced as I have had it for over two years now.

This membership is not worth the money in most cases. I bought it when they were actually fixing my equipment at no charge but now it's only 20% off.

Second visit is conveniet. Service is used on occasion. Representatives are helpful. Store area is clean and managed well.

Your Total Tech Service (aka Geek Squad) is magnificent. The techs (especially Ryan) who have come to my home fixed the problems, completed installs and explained what they were doing in simple language.

Total tech crew was amazing. Jesus, Alec & Kenny were amazing as they set up all my devices to our new 75 inch tv. Helped with controls and explained how router worked. Set up our Apps too. What a professional and nice crew.

Truly a waste of money. I read the negative reviews and purchased this "premium membership" on faith that I might have better luck, but this is clearly a systemic corporate issue. I advise you read the other reviews before purchasing this membership. Any problem you have with an order (and there will likely be many), you have to call in about; they have to "escalate" it to another team to call you back because the reps don't have authority to help you resolve the issue. We had multiple orders and installations cancel w/o reason. No issue with bank or card or payment. Just ... canceled. We don't get calls ahead of time, no warning, just canceled w/o notice. If we didn't check in on the website, we wouldn't even know the orders were canceled. Representatives on chat couldn't help. We had to call in to someone to get help. We purchased this membership because we wanted to buy less from Amazon and more from stores. But I don't want to call in for every online order. (There's a reason I'm ordering online) I don't want to schedule installs with a phone operator when there's technology to do that online. It sounds like there's a time when this premium membership was smooth and worth the money. They should bring that back.
