The membership gives me peace of mind. You never know if you got a lemon or if something will need an update. I can just call and get it fix. Love that I don’t have to research best fixes on YouTube.

After having Best Buy Total membership for over a I can say that the savings did pay for itself. However, with that being said, most people won't benefit too much from the membership outside of the warranty extensions and free delivery. If you don't plan to buy very many things over the course of the year it is unlikely that you'd benefit from purchasing a membership. Biggest benefit besides the warranty is the frequency of things having members only discounts and the wide rang of products that receive the members only discounts.

Glad we're members, haven't had to use it to fix damaged products but knowing it is there gives that peace of mind

This has been a live saver. When I’ve gotten a defective device Best Buy made it easy to swap out with a new one. Absolutely recommend

Best Buy total membership hooked it up with installation for my new tv. Thought I was going to cancel it after the installation, but the benefits kept coming and ended up renewing.

Great support both in the store and online. Geek Squad set up my new computer and added recently purchased devices too. I needed help with a virus issue and online help was available to solve the problem from home.

Geek Squad came out totally not fixing my issues. Actuality making things worse. I ended up calling Epson who helped and fixed my issues

Looks giving money for extra but you will see that it worts to becom tech member for two year warranty for purchased products and for some discounts for some products.

Intead of paying for accential insurance on one item u can sign up for the membership and every item you buy will have 24 month accential insurance and a 60 days return rule:

I was able to use my TotalTech membership immediately to do a virus sweep of my PC and to transfer data to my new computer. Reassuring to know that I will be able to call for assistance and bring devices in for service.

The membership is fine but their handling of delivery and installation can be a real mess. Once, they did not show up after sending email that they would be arriving; then they would y cancel their appointment but their web-site is a pice of art--one part of the web-site does not correlate with the other.. their installation of dishwasher was terrible with one tech wanting to change the electric system and the plumbing, visiting twice and wanting to charge extra; finally another tech hooked up the dishwasher without fuss... So the plus side is that deliver free and do installation inspection free...at least that helped avoid extra work.

Great techs came out on 2/13/24 to repair my Vizio TV. Michael and Kevin were Knowledgeable and helpful. They Assisted me with buying a new soundbar from BB.
