The membership is fine but their handling of delivery and installation can be a real mess. Once, they did not show up after sending email that they would be arriving; then they would y cancel their appointment but their web-site is a pice of art--one part of the web-site does not correlate with the other.. their installation of dishwasher was terrible with one tech wanting to change the electric system and the plumbing, visiting twice and wanting to charge extra; finally another tech hooked up the dishwasher without fuss... So the plus side is that deliver free and do installation inspection free...at least that helped avoid extra work.

Great techs came out on 2/13/24 to repair my Vizio TV. Michael and Kevin were Knowledgeable and helpful. They Assisted me with buying a new soundbar from BB.

when I took my computer to them I had no intention of joining but after I saw how helpful they were I decided to join. And they had my product fixed the next day instead of the week they said.

I appreciated having these transfer documents and photos from my old desktop to my new laptop. I was hoping for some advice about getting the desktop working but they didn't have anything to offer. I know that the terms have changed but I don't know if it's for the better. I hope it's available when I need it for any repairs. It does help that it covers all of my purchases and additional service plans don't have to be considered at time of purchase.

Love the Best Buy Total Protection. If I ever have any issues with items I buy from Best Buy its easy to get them fixed or replaced.

This is so worth the $199 if buying anything of value over the year. Anything from computers to gaming devices will be covered for up to 2 years if you keep your subscription active. And this covers accidental damage as well!

I don't know why I didnt get this membership before! Its been so helpful - old computer issues, updates, appliances etc. Totally worth it! I'd say you give it a try if you own multiple tecnologies that could go sideways..

They have removed the free installation feature but I believe the free warranty on all devices makes up for it especially if you have a big family and buying everything through here. Apple care is a steal all day!

I would definitely recommend this membership due to the deals that comes with it. I’ve had this membership for a year and have use it to fix other devices purchased at BB. It’s an awesome deal to have.
