When you have something wrong it's totally worth it. Kind of a pain having to go through some hoops and channels to get things scheduled but overall very good.

I'm the guy that always says no thanks to add on purchases but this membership is an absolute no brainer, especially with the included Apple Care which easily makes this membership pay for itself!

Best Buy® - My Best Buy Total™ Yearly Subscription

Cystomer service online made my purchase extremely easy and Richard at the store loaded tv into my car. This only took me a little over an hour from start to pickup.

It is serving my wife well since her last laptop died. It's a bit smaller but packs way more specs in it than her almost 10 Year laptop had.

Not especially happy with the membership program.. It would really be nice if at least it allowed for delivery charges to be free. Purchased a microwave recently and when all the additional charges were added up, the cost of the microwave doubled.

Prices are great with the membership. I got so many savings.

Best Buy Total Protection is a great value. Its good to know you dont have to worry about about a product breaking and it not getting taken care of.

All the best buy benefits plus you get to save on protection for 2 years at least. So thats less than what you would pay for individual protection plus you have the benefits.
