I wasnt even consider buying a TotalTech memberahip as $199.99 is pretty steep for a yearly membership but it paid for itself with the discount and free install I got on a remote start system for my car as a blackfriday special. If you are willing to pay the somewhat steep price you get free tech support (which I haven’t used but also get free AppleCare for up to two years as a member and free 2 year protection plans on most other products (as long as you remains member) They also offer free installation on most products as well as free upgrade installation on computers regardless where. The product was purchased. With many service options including in-home, it’s a huge timesaver. They also offer 24/7 tech support online and over the phone. I’m pretty tech savvy and probably won’t use the tech support feature. But as I mentioned the membership paid for itself between the extra TotalTech discounts on various products and free installation (which I used for a car remote start system, more then paid if for itself). And with free AppleCare and Best Buy protections plans on most products. I have probably saved almost $500 dollars, and I’ve been a member less then two months.

I recomend total tech for everyone , its worth it...if there is any issue with the phone they fix it .

I love knowing I can take my devices to the Geek Squad at the store and they will take care of me. The Lansing Squad is friendly, efficient and are patient with my basic questions.

This membership is a real value it allows me access to Geek Squad help with all of my devices and services in the home I was able to get my TV’s installed on the wall for no additional cost

I normally do not buy additional warranties. However the fact that I am not great with computers I chose to have it set up by geek squad. So if I have future issues or questions I can get help.

Get the membership! If something goes wrong with a product you can return it and if they have to ship the exchange it’s free shipping! Just so many nice benefits with it— it’s well worth it!

This was well worth the money. Every body I delt with, on line and in the store were great. Really liked working with them ironing out the kinks in my computer so it runs better than a Rolex.

The cost of my membership basically paid for installation of my dishwasher. I loved that it gave me extra time to evaluate my dishwasher, because after almost 2 months we decided to return it and get a different model.
