Best Buy and Geek Squad ate a good investment to protect my computer

This is totally worth it. I have had the best experience with delivery, install, and support with the Total Tech membership.

Service was good setting up the computer, had a few glitches, haven't had any problems yet, should review after a problem.

I have Best Buy Total and my washing broke down and I tried to set up a service call and the person on chat would not schedule a service call since I did not buy the washing machine from Best Buy. I had to hire another company to fix my washing machine.

Hold times can be a bit excessive and setting an up an in store appointment can be a headache in its self. for example I had to wait almost 20 minutes on hold before I could speak with someone, there after it took almost 15-30minutes of describing my issue and them re-explaining to me steps that i had already tried to resolve the issue. Which I had mentioned that I had tried said steps before calling. When the person on the other line understood what I was saying I was finally able to get an appointment scheduled. It seemed like they were trying everything to avoid me coming into the store.

Definitely has benefit for the right consumer. Just make sure you know what you get vs need.

So I didn't think it needed a membership but I'm glad I did get it because it was reassuring to know I could call and talk to someone without worrying about the cost...it's included. Thank you
