This was a true savings for me. I had an old laptop that was finished. I purchased a new one and this program covers me for a year and picked up all the costs of downloading and transferring all my programs and data onto my new one.

Everything was straight forward. I address my issues with the tv and couldn't get my model anymore but was replaces with a model of equal value but over all great experience and smooth

Had membership for quite a few years. Have always had great service and have been treated with respect.

Dan advised me to get the membership to save some money instead of just paying for the Windows installation. I followed his advice, but a few days later, when I went to pick up my laptop, they told me they couldn’t install Windows because my hard drive needed to be replaced — which didn’t make sense since it was working fine for me. When I asked for a refund of the membership fee, they said they could process it but would charge me over $200 just for checking whether they could install Windows or not. It was a really disappointing experience, and I feel like I was scammed.

I would recommend checking your local best buy for the best benefits. Overall a great and cheaper alternative to individual item insurance.

I paid for the service and probably used zero to once a year. I found the store that has proven to have exceptional staff that has made me a believer in the totaltech. Great service, great staff and quality work.

Total tech has been great service between the included software support and the warrenties with products ive saved a great amount of miney not having to pay for either

I like knowing I have an extended warranty on purchases I make and that I can take my daughter’s iPad in to be unlocked when she changes pass code then forgets what she changed it to

The membership is good if you have to build a pc with their help and don’t like to do it yourself. They assemble your parts properly and do very good job with cable management. It saved me like 500$. They are fast too.
