I’ve used the Geek Squad twice this year. The first time the technician set up my laptop & printer. Later when I had to move the printer I was unable to print or scan from my laptop. The 2nd visit fixed my printing problem. I asked if I could scan before the technician left my home. He assured me I could. I just tried scanning last week & received an error message. I’m very frustrated! That being said, I do like having the membership.

The membership is a great asset It has saved my hundreds it’s well worth the purchase and it’s a peace of mine have the coverage

I had to unfortunately cancel my Best Buy Total membership due to my current circumstances, but I did enjoy it very much. I hope to reinstate it in the future.

The membership is a good value. The member pricing, free shipping and unlimited Geek Squad support are great. An added bonus is the protection plan on our purchases.

It runs hot while gaming. That doesnt hamper performance. I would buy this laptop again. Fast startup has never let me down.

Unlimited geek squad support free of cost is awesome, just bought an SSD to add to my laptop, took it to best buy and geek squad installed it for me and made sure my laptop was up and running, perfect plan
