Buying this makes things so much easier bb always helps when I need it

Have been members of Total Tech for 2-3 years now and love it. Geek squad protection is great and all Apple products get Apple Care for free! Also, the extended return time is a huge bonus.

I like it and I've had to use it. It's a little pricey, but it covers my other Best Buy purchase as well.

I just started my membership and have been really pleased so far. I don’t have to worry about any issues and I think the price is great with everything that’s included, especially if you buy multiple products.

I wasn't aware that if I took my phone in for service, that it would be sent off somewhere for weeks. Which means I would be without a phone. They don't offer you a replacement phone for the time being. Had I know the repairs or diagnosis weren't done in house I would have not got it. Also, my other phone was stolen and I tried to use my total tech. I found out I didn't have the theft coverage because my phone wasn't expensive enough to them. Well, $300+ is expensive to me. I don't care if it cost $50 it still should have been covered under the plan!

I love my total tech membership easy to use and is great to have especially having children and an elderly person who loves to be on their tablet. Best investments this far.
