I got free delivery and installation of all my appliances. It cost less than paying for delivery and installation separately, plus I had assurance that geek squad would be available to help should anything go wrong.

I haven’t had a reason to use it yet, but purchased it for coverage of my appliances I bought for a nee home. I will most likely purchase new apple products / iphones at BestBuy for the complimentary apple care

This was a valuable membership at the time, my lab top was not functioning properly and I was stomped. These guys fixed all issues and explained what was going on. Time and Quality service.

This definitely came in handy , bought a computer for my son that stopped working , brought it in and thee was no problem to get it fix or replaced !

We purchased with our new kitchen appliance set. Was great value for the money. They installed and hauled away all the old appliances for free. Also, when we had an issue with our cooktop, they replaced it without giving me the runaround.

This has been very helpful to us dealing with problems using some electronics in our home. Printers, TV. And when we've taken computer in to store to trouble shoot problems.

I have been a member of this program for several years. The benefits are decreasing and have become more limited. There were many discounts and perks for being the highest level member, now they have scaled back. The main benefit is the 2 year protection plan.

I have had this membership for years and when I have issues they are always available and get the job done.

This membership is worth it’s value when you have so many things in you home that can be protected with the yearly membership

The only real value is the 2 year warranty for the items you buy. The premium designers are really not very good and no longer come out to your house to help you pick out the right items for your purchase. Installation of your new products used to be free but now the charges are much too expensive to warrant using Best Buy.

My membership since 2018. I have used for my CP laptop and online help. Great for us Seniors. Like that technician can come to my home. Have recommended to family and friends.

This membership is a real value! The techs were able to help me transfer my data to my new computer and troubleshoot issues with another computer.

I get so many deals, and I have protection on most of my devices!
