I have used the tech support 3 times already. I think it is a good value as it protects all your purchases from Best Buy. So far, I have not had much wait time for them to fix the issues I was having.

I haven't had to use it yet, but the features made it worth it, as well as the holiday savings that basically made it free. Geek Squad support is always helpful, and no hassle returns/exchanges add great security.

Quality long term coverage for multiple purchases and unlimited Geek Squad support is well worth the membership fee. Would have come in handy for purchases prior to becoming a Totaltech member.

This protection plan already has helped, the day of purchase by saving me money on installation of my protective cover and having help to transfer all of my information onto a special thumb drive.

The membership is of great value, have not used the membership looking forward to it tho. The geek squad in Columbia Mo store are always a great resource even if you don’t have the membership.
