We purchased this membership with our new microwave. It was almost what the installation was going to cost so it made sense to purchase since we would receive free installation and extended warranty

This membership is a great value. For the cost to service my 1 computer whose hard drive crashed I also got my notebook's info off that hard drive that also died as well as other services too.

Great protection! I only had to use once, but it was easy. They communicated well and they were able to identify the problem.

The membership is worth it if you plan to make more than one Best Buy purchase within the year. Warranty is automatically added to each item purchased while having membership.

The total tech membership is completely worth it! The amount of money that i save with the included protection plans alone pays for itself. I get 60 days on returns plus total tech member pricing on certain items!

As a total member, I believe my membership is money well spent. I save on different gadgets and everything is insured once I make my purchases so that’s once less worry on my end.

I renew my Total membership annually because the agents are very helpful everytime I call them with a problem or question.

Sadly, right out of the gate, after buying the membership and 2 new laptops, delivery has changed from today, Nov 26th ( 2-day) to Dec 10th (2 weeks). It actually shipped today, so why not delivery by the 29th? Hoping this isn't a preview of poor service in the future, too.

Totally worth it, gets you protection on all your Apple prouducts. Really wanna get a pair of Airpods Max, and i would have proctection with the Total membership.
