Helped transfer photos from my old phones to an external hard drive.

I've been a Total Member for over two years now and have spent a significant amount at BestBuy because of this. That's two LG OLED TV's, my entire Samsung Kitchen appliances, and other small appliances (Dyson air purifiers & hair products, Bluetooth stuff, 2 Ipads and many more). Last week, I noticed my hardwood floor started buckling bad in the area where my fridge & dishwasher is at so I had it looked it, it appeared that my dishwasher had been leaking causing the damaged! That's $2K+ that BestBuy wouldn't cover and the reason is that I should have known it was leaking! I'm pretty disappointed because had the dishwasher been installed properly, then the leak should have not happened. I'm still hoping that this membership would cover all the other items I purchased. I have an appointment tomorrow for someone to come out and hopefully address my dishwasher & microwave issue. I'll update based on the experience.

The membership is great to receive other benefits. Sometimes there are deals. I wish there were more deals for the things I would buy.
