I purchased this last year for the warranties, two day shipping, and rewards. So far i have been unable to place an order. From what ive been told my account has been flagged for fraud but no one has been able to resolve it. Each time i place an order it is immediately canceled and i simply cant get anyone to fix it. Everytime its the same old run around with no results. They always say you should receive an email in a few days but it never does. The most recent issue is i purchased two computers and received 4 gift certificates totaling $100. When i try to order anything it cancels the order and then took away my gift certificates. After a bunch of complaining customer service says they see the purchase and certificates and assure me i will get them back. I’ve never gotten them back nor have I been contacted by anyone who can fix this. Its been months of fighting with Best Buy so I will be filing a charge back with my financial institution next week. This is truly amazing how big of a runaround this has become. As Joeu Swoll would say you need to do better.

I really like this membership. I think overall it’s a good deal, just for the fact that you can make as many claims as you want in a year. They hell you get setup on new tech you buy, so that’s also a huge plus.

This works well for most purchases at besyt buy. For items like TVs etc I still purchase the 5 year plan.

Best Buy Total is a decent cover of equipment. It is a little pricey and then the don't mention that it becomes a monthly charge after 2 years.

This membership is a great value. Membership prices, plus the unlimited Geek Squad support is great. Also love the peace of mind of getting protection on my purchases.

My Best Buy Total membership has come in handy. Once for an issue with my laptop that was taken care of by Geek Squad and the added benefit of extended warranty for the Pixel 7 I bought.

This membership is worth every penny spent. They stand behind their products they sell and if they cant fix it they refund you your money to buy another product!

This membership is a value you. It gets you discount on many items. Smart to have if you work in a field you have to use electronics.

Haven't had total care very long, but so far it has been great. Everything bought at Best Buy is included and if I have any issues I just bring my item in and they do what they can to fix it.

This is great if you shop often at Bestbuy. It allows for free delivery and installation plus haul away but as much as id love to shop at Bestbuy once a month but the cost is just too much annually.
