This membership is such a good value, being able to get special cheaper pricing and warrantees on everything we buy.

This is a great program. Bought just before they changed the program. Lucky for me as the new program has several significant changes. I am sure the reason I like it is probably why they changed it.

Geek Squad support is so helpful! Havent had to wait on computer, printer, dishwasher , or TV. Worth it especially if you need lots of things replaced or updated.

I found BestBuy membership to be very convenient, offers certificates for discounts, and technical support. Needed to buy garbage compactor got the best price, they installed the unit and took the old one away.

I had a car accident and I am grateful that I had the protection plan. I went in and saw a geek squad agent he took over an hour to download all the footage from my accident. It saved me $5000.

First impressions are everything and I had the unfortunate experience at the time of purchase to have an employee order (they didn’t have in stock) an item from the same store I was currently in. This led to me having to cancel the order online, wait for a refund and finally repurchase from another store myself. Generally the customer service is pretty great but I honestly can’t recommend this membership if these are the kind of mistakes they make on the day to day. Finally, another star is lost for the lack of theft and loss protection on their applecare and thats a dealbreaker and I wasn’t made aware of.

I enjoy the sales and the peace of mind that my purchases are protected. I've made my money back x2 within 60 days of having it.
