This membership is not as good as it used to be. When one needs help, the call goes to a foreign country. They rarely are able to actually fix the problem. It always ends up with me waiting for someone from the local Geek Squad to come to my home. This takes days. In the meantime, I continue to have the problem.

While notionally is beneficial, its expense does not fully outweigh the cost. It doesn't cover every electronic purchase with Geek Squad help. And the price adjustments aren't always helpful for what I want to buy. I would prefer an expected discount on every purchase with occasional extra discounts. I do like return periods being longer.

Great value! We've saved to much money throughout the year on various purchases and services.

Unlimited geek squad support is great. Just walk in tell them what you have is broken and it is a no hassle experience. Unless of course the person working is new but give them some slack. They deal with broken crap all day haha

This is worth it to purchase. I have purchased 4 different products and I have 2 more to buy. It has saved me a great deal of money when compared to costs of delivery and installation from other stores.
