    this is a great membership because it covers all your future devices as well at no additional cost. if you purchase from best buy as much as i do, it is very cost effective

    You just never know when something may go wrong & trust me, it will! This insurance is reasonable when you break down the cost for everything it covers. We love it!

    I love the total tech. Give opportunity for great deals and savings. In early thoughts I was hesitant but it has been beneficial and the bonus you get from each product is great as well.

    Normally I never get protection plans because it’s just a way of them getting more money from you. I did get it when I bought my 65” t v though because the salesman said don’t worry about renewal feet for 2 years which would have been April 14 2025. So low and behold on April 13th of this year Best Buy tried to get into my bank account and collect $194.00 so don’t believe them when they tell you it’s good for 2years Anyway my bank thank God thought it was a fraudulent charge and actually I did too at first I’m so glad I told my bank don’t honor the charge because as far as I knew I had until 4-14-2025 to pay. I ended up calling Best Buy to see what happened and was told that is my renewal charge a year early. Course they didn’t see it that way. When I asked customer service about it he told me that you have to pay every year for the 2 year plan. I swear I didn’t make this up! I told him that doesn’t make any sense at all and did it make sense to him? He said yes so I had him explain it to me and he said again that you pay every year for a 2 year plan. Sheesh I canceled right then and told him it was nothing but a scam. So sorry for the long review but just be careful when Best Buy starts offering you the moon

    I didn't request a refund or cancelation of my membership and they have the transcripts to prove it but wont give me back my membership because of an incompetent employee

    I love that they can comer to my home or that I can bring it to the store. They were able to help my 81 yr old mother get her computer back to where she can use it. Thank you

    I bought Totaltech expecting it to matter. IT didn't. If you schedule a delivery, expect it to be rescheduled without your knowledge (despite receiving a confirmation of a delivery date). My expectation was that this would be a premium service and would help with such matters, but instead, I was just told "we sent you an email" and my order was sitting in limbo waiting to be delivered (again, despite having a delivery date confirmation sent). The appliances I purchased - and canceled - have been purchased again - at a higher cost - from Home Depot. I'll pay more because I expect them to honor the delivery schedule. You've lost a customer Best Buy and you lost a customer because of your customer service. This is the order that ended my decades long relationship with you: BBY01-806756975953 I won't be shopping with you again.

    Smart service for people who are not handy to inst

    This is a good service if you are not a handy person and cannot install things yourself like myself. However, you do have to pay for two years to honor the two-year warranties on anything you purchase.
