Having a convenient place to go for help in different cities is great. There is usually a really knowledgeable person in the group in case the problem is particularly vexing.

I’d buy Best Buy‘s yearly protection every year not only does it cover my computers. It covers appliances and products in the home and you pay a small fee fee if they can’t they will help you get a new one
