Ease of mind

Horrendus customer service

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will start off with this is going to be a fair review and not biased simply because of an inconvenience. I have made several large purchases at the Dayton Mall location and EVERY SINGLE TIME i walk into this store, I instantly feel like a criminal lol. Seriously. Today was the time i decided to finally write a review. I came in today for a scheduled phone repair and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. Immediately i was very irritated because i cant drop my phone off or sit for 2 hours, but the ONLY time i have ever felt any sort of service was from the guy at the front desk, and i wish i could remember his name because he deserves to be recognized for the way he deescalated the situation and made me at ease, and came up with a solution that we could all make work. The initial phone tech i spoke with on arrival started with “im repairing phones and cant help you” before even asking if i was the customer who was here for my scheduled repair. Thats what set the tone for this visit, but like i said, it was snoothed over by the next guy i spoke with. So i decided to look around for a part for my PC and the only person i could get help from was someone who wasn’t familiar with computers, but fortunately i have access to google. This seems to be the story of this location. If you arent spending a small fortune, you are treated like a peasant, which i literally overheard an employee say at this exact location. Any time i walk into this store, thats how i feel, and im not saying that there hasnt been MAYBE 4-5 people who have treated me like a paying customer, but i can only remember one, and that was because of our recent interaction. I am going to call the corporate center just to address this, but i wanted to leave a review because i really hope something changes. This is one of my favorite stores, but i hate to even come inside anymore because of how awful the service is. I do hope things can get better

Not only do you get support but my TV was delivered and mounted as part of being a member. Also, the addition of having protection/warranty for my TV is a great add!
