Its quite a nifty little membership that helped me when I computer couldn't boot up and I had to get it fixed quick.

This has come in very helpful when I needed in person support.

Best thing I pay for. This covers electronics in my house if any gets messed up. Covered my son gaming computer when it crashed. On top you get some special pricing on certain electronics. Worth it.

so far, has good perks. if you planning to have major appliances delivered, I think it makes sense to have Totaltech, also gives you some exclusive prices on some items, plus extended warranty

This areas verdict is still out as we are waiting on a visit from the Geek squad to hook up something.

Purchased months ago when we knew our old Tower and was actually our first stop when came in to purchase a replacement Tower. Plus they also addressed some issues with phone call responses. Worth every cent !!!!

Well the price went up double from the last time I purchased one but it did save me from having to purchase a protection plan for my new cell phone purchased at BB since it is covered by it.

I would highly recommend this, purchased it with my new Yoga laptop. Great if youre going to have to migrate data from your old laptop. Benefits extend to many purchases throughout Best Buy!
