This was great.buta little too expensive for me but I love best buy

This is a good value and is totally worth the cost. I have not had good experiences with the insurance through our phone plan provider so this is a well timed product offering.

Its quite a nifty little membership that helped me when I computer couldn't boot up and I had to get it fixed quick.

I am happy to have the membership but my last experience with the Boulder Geek Squad was terrible. The original technician was not experienced, told me to buy the wrong new battery for my laptop. I dropped it off the next day but nobody contacted me when they realized it was the wrong one. The manager gave me the correct information and I dropped of a new battery and was promised I would be notified when it was ready. Again, no communication and no way to contact them. The whole process took 4x longer than promised. Very disappointing service.

This membership is a great value. Purchased the iRobot vacuum and mop and the membership got me an additional savings on the purchase prices. Plus the tech support is great too.

Best Buy is my go to for all my electronics. I think if you shop there a lot it is worth every penny. Protection, free shipping and geek squad service is a no brainer.

When extended warranty is included in my membership, makes it easier to justify shopping at BB so yeah, worth it!

After joining this membership, I feel much more secure knowing my items are insured, and I feel like I get the best bang for my buck. I will most certainly be recommending it to my family and friends

Very disappointed as we have been Total Tech members for over 10 years. We moved and needed our TVs, sound bars, mesh web and devices all purchased thru Best Buy re-installed. We were shocked at the the over $1,000 labor cost to do so. Sadly, we had to cancel the order. The sales person did not explain the charges as we set the appointment. Previously the charges were minimal.

Agent Blake is an awesome West Carmel Geek Squad Agent, transferred data from my 500GB SSD to a 2TB SSD and installed 16GB more DRAM, within a reasonable time frame, for a reasonable cost with my Totaltech plan.

Like service and is good on everything you buy at best buy

Love that I get notified of changes, and when it expires on certain purchases. The ease of renewal is also a benefit. This has saved me hundreds of dollars over the years.

I enjoyed my Best Buy membership and I highly recommend it.

Price is high but fair as it offers amazing discounts on products you buy in the future from best buy as well as warranty protection. Will definitely be a best buy member for coming years
