Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told that I could use my Total service membership to have my tech devices serviced by the Geek Squad, but on my first attempt to use the membership I was told that the Geek Squad doesn’t work on Apple computers or iPads. Wasted trip.
